Most items in original, unworn condition may be exchanged within ten days of purchase for another item(s) or store credit. Original invoice of the purchase is required. All watches must be returned with all original packaging and paperwork.

Custom sized straps and watches may not be returned.

Please be aware that any attempt to change the strap or bracelet could result in unintentional damage to the watch case that would make it ineligible for return.
